I was really into Shirley Temple! And truthfully, I still am. Watched a little Captain January this morning and was totally blown away by how amazing she is! Just 5 years old and already a star at that time. She also grew up to be a pretty incredible woman. She served as an ambassador for the United States to Ghana and Czechoslovakia. Pretty neat, no?

Did you ever see her in "The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer"? I think it is my favorite role of hers. She was a cool woman.
