Every now and then, the news will broadcast a charming and heartwarming story as opposed to the usual daily onslaught of human folly. These beautiful and spirited little ballerinas stole my heart. All of these girls are mentally or physically challenged, but it does not deter them from making the most out of life and having fun! I dare you not to cry when you watch this video, especially when you view the parents reaction to their childrens' recital!
